Walk to Beach! Sunset Waterview, Pools, Bikes, Golf Cart, More!

Welcome to On Seabatical! *Snowbirds encouraged to inquire about long stay rates This brand new 4 bedroom 2 bath house is located in Windmark, has a water view from the back yard, and is only 1/4 mile walk, bicycle or golf cart ride from the resort center and beach and pool (heated in March). The house has been smartly appointed, as well, with all new furniture and a 70" Samsung smart TV. The 2 king bedrooms and queen bedroom feature Nectar Premier mattresses (these are hands down the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on!). The twin bunk beds have bamboo memory foam mattresses. There is high-speed internet access capable of providing the bandwidth you need to connect all of your devices or work remotely. A Maytag washer and dryer and Whirlpool counter-depth refrigerator round out the appliance package. You can cruise the neighborhood on any one of the 5 bicycles that is included in the package. We also have many beach toys and games to keep everyone busy. We have 6 beach chairs that you are able to use as well. A brand new 2024 Club Car 6 seater golf cart IS also INCLUDED with the reservation! You can cruise around the neighborhood in it or use it to take you and your beach gear to the beach. Seating for 2 on both the front and back porch for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings makes for a great start and end to the day! Windmark Beach is approximately 4 miles in total length and there are 10 entrances/walkways to the beach. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets almost every single night, here! If you fish, you can catch pinfish, blues, reds, catfish, trout and an occasional shark from the shore, as well. While you're here, there are some great places to eat! You must check out some of our favorites... Provisions is a well-established restaurant in PSJ that has a great dinner menu. If the lines are long at Krazy Fish, you might try Indian Pass Raw Bar, which is about 15 minutes down the road heading toward the cape. Both have excellent seafood. For fine food and great drinks for dinner, we'd recommend The Keeper's Bistro. The Joe is a great place to go for breakfast. Feel like just staying "local"? Head down to the Windmark center and enjoy the restaurants there: Bruno's Pizza and The View on 98. All are smart TVs and 3 are Roku. If you are going to watch a game or something important, please make sure you have your login ready that will give you access to watch. Vehicles: Max is 4. Please do not park on the street or in the yard. Doing so will cause damage to the turf and irrigation system. No trailers and no boats. If you are here to fish and have a boat, there are short term storage places off-site. Trash: Trash pickup is on Tuesday morning (very early). We have 3 trash cans in all, which should be ample.
